Product Review: L'Oréal Voluminous False Fiber Lases Mascara
I've had this mascara for about two months now, and I've got enough use out of it to do an in depth review. I have long lashes, but they are fairly straight and not full. I purchased this mascara to give me the fullness I was looking for. You know, the fake lashes, but these are really my lashes look? Unfortunately, Fiber Lash came up short. Read below to find out why.
For starters, it dries way too fast. It's dry by the time I applied a second coat. Because of the fibers, when the second coat is applied, my lashes where clumped together. I had to used a spooly to separate them. I shouldn't have to do all that with a mascara. On to of that, it comes out the tube lumpy.
Check out the spaces between the clumped lashes.
Overall the mascara was subpar. If the formula was a little wetter, I think that would help the performance tremendously. I wanted to love this mascara so bad.
Subpar. The formula was dry and left my lashes clumped together. The good part was that I actually received fullness due to the fibers. The brush was perfect for application. It was larger enough to reach coat my lashes in one coat. The tip was small enough to get those baby lashes in the corner of my eye.
Texture: Lumpy gel
Would I purchase again? No, I'm currently trying another brand's mascara that claims to give the false lash look as well. I am seeing better results with that one.
Would I recommend to a friend?
No. I feel there are other brands who have mascaras that have the same claims that will deliver the same performance.
