DC News Break: Nail Polish That Detects Date Rape

Conceptualized by Tyler Confrey-Maloney, Stephen Gray, Ankesh Madan and Tasso Von Windheim, all engineering students at North Carolina State University, have created a nail polish to detect Rohypnol, Xanax, and GHB by changing color. Undercover Colors polish will change color when the wearer dips her nail in a drink that has been tainted with a date rape drug. While still in it's development phase, this product looks promising. The founders are fundraising to perfect their formula.
